On May 17, the first ceremony of the project "Ask for Georgian" was held at the Tbilisi Municipality Council Hall.

Giorgi Alibegashvili, Chairman of the City Council addressed the invited guests and the winners.

Giorgi Abashishvili, Head of the Administration of the President spoke about the importance of the development of Georgian production and the role of accumulated card in this regard. He thanked Georgian companies supporting the project and winners of the competition for active involvement in the project. Mr. Giorgi Abashishvili awarded the winners with memorable certificates for loyal consumption of Georgian products in April. More than 40 Georgian companies awarded the winners with their products.

The contest will be held monthly so the winners will be revealed monthly. In order to become the winner of this project and get to the top ten, you must collect the most "Georgian" in every month.

The card “Ask for Georgian" was created by financing of the Georgian President's Reserve Fund which is implemented by NGO "Ask for Georgian" with Unicard and the main purpose of which to increase the sales of Georgian products.
